Advanced Relativity Meeting 2025
(JARRAMPLAS 2025, Cabo de Gata Edition)
Almería, May 22-25, 2025
This workshop continues a long tradition of meetings in Spain between main experts working in the interplay between gravity and the quantum theory. Once more we will get together to share our latest advances about the fundamental interplay between gravity, geometry and the quantum realm. Particular attention will be given to the physics of the early Universe, to the physics of ultra compact objects and black holes, and to analog systems.
In this workshop we will bring experts in Quantum Field Theory in Curved Space-time, Loop Quantum Gravity, Cosmology and Black Holes, with the aim at bringing new ideas and concepts. This will allow us to discuss the progress in the respective fields.
The workshop will be held in person. There is no registration fee. Talks will be upon invitation.
The topics of the workshop include:
§ Spectral behavior of Black holes
§ Quantum field theories in curved spacetimes
§ Loop Quantum Cosmology
§ Semiclassical gravity
§ Unruh detectors and relativistic quantum information
§ Black hole alternatives
